Terms of Service Agreement

When using the website of the First Existentialist Congregation of Atlanta (First E), you agree to the terms and conditions listed on this page (the “Terms of Service Agreement”), which may be updated by us from time to time.

firstexistentialist.org may provide, and third parties may provide, links to other World Wide Web sites or resources. Because the First E has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that First E is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources. You also acknowledge and agree that the First E does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources.

You further acknowledge and agree that the First E shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any content, goods or services available on or through any non-First E site or resource.

The names, trademarks, service marks, and logos of the First E appearing on this site may not be used in any advertising or publicity without our prior express written permission. Email requests to office@firstexistentialist.org.

If you wish to reproduce any material, such as hymns or excerpts from pamphlets or books, published by the First E, please see our guidelines to expedite the permissions process.

Content Disclaimer

The Unitarian Universalist Association attempts to maintain the highest accuracy of content on its website. Any errors or omissions should be reported to office@firstexistentialist.org.

Web addresses at our site may change periodically because information has been moved, deleted, or reorganized. When this occurs, the old addresses are no longer accurate. When you use an old address, you will get a Page Not Found (404) screen. It will provide you with several ways of finding out about the missing page, such as contacting the UUA’s Public Information Office or web staff.

Communication Forums

Participation in firstexistentialist.org’s electronic mailing lists is a privilege and not a right. Mailing list content is not approved by the First E nor does it necessarily reflect the views, policies, or practices of the First E. Posted material not related to the purposes of a particular mailing list may be removed at the sole discretion of the list administrators. The First E reserves the right to suspend participants from mailing lists who violate established standards and rules.
